Thursday:
- 4 p.m. | Arrival & Check-in
- 5:30 p.m. | Meet & Greet at Seed Courtyard
- 6:30-7:30 p.m. | Yin Yoga at Sonoran Studio
Friday:
- 6:45 a.m. | Gather at Seed
- 7:45-10:30 a.m. | Trail Run - Brown's Ranch
- 12-12:50 p.m. | Myofascial Class at Yoga Center - Flex
- Day | Enjoy the resort’s offerings & surroundings at your leisure
- 3-4:30 p.m. | ATHLETE is a Mindset workshop & book signing led by Sara Slattery at Mesquite
- 5:30-6 p.m. | Sound Healing at Movement Deck
Saturday:
- 6:45 a.m. | Gather at Seed
- 7:45-10:30 a.m. | Trail Run - Cave Creek Regional Park
- Day | Enjoy the resort’s offerings & surroundings at your leisure
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. | Optimizing Recovery & Performance through Nutrition led by Sara Slattery & Sara Hall at Mesquite
- 4-4:45 p.m. | Strength Training led by Sara Hall at Fitness Center
- 5:30 p.m. | Communal Dinner at Terras
- 7-8 p.m. | Breathwork at Sonoran Studio
Sunday:
- 7:45 a.m. | Gather at Seed
- 8 a.m. | Road Run - Galloway Wash
- Morning | Breakfast at leisure
- 11 a.m. | Check-out & Departure
