Deb Wineman is a yoga instructor, teacher trainer and spiritual mentor whose mission is to bring the practices of yoga to different populations to promote wellness, balance, and peace. Grounded in decades of formal training and personal practice in a variety of yoga traditions and healing modalities, Deb’s warm and welcoming teaching style invites students of all levels to feel empowered and whole. Deb’s compassionate approach to guiding others on the inner journey is inspired and informed by her own personal journey of resilience, healing, parenting and reinventing. You can always expect generous personal attention, nuggets of life-affirming wisdom, mindful movement with safe and progressive sequencing, and incredibly uplifting music when practicing with Deb.

  • Sunrise Soul Flow: Bathe in the light of your own awareness with this dynamic all-levels yoga practice designed to link the body and the breath. Utilizing yogic philosophy and Vinyasa-inspired movement techniques, you will emerge enlightened and enlivened, ready to start the day with an open heart, clear mind and balanced body.
  • Yoga of the Heart: Yoga is the journey toward wholeness through body, mind and heart practices. In a sacred circle with reflection, journaling and discussion, explore the “heart practices” of yoga – practices for living a more authentic, balanced and vibrant life. You will leave with new insights, a deeper understanding of yourself, and practical tools (that you can use on and off the mat) to achieve a stronger sense of self and lasting happiness.
  • Vin-Yin Yoga: A thoughtful blend of Yin-style and Vinyasa Flow yoga. You will release stress and tension with this meditative class that begins with dynamic movement and core-centric poses and moves into the longer stretches of Yin style poses.
