Discover the convenient ways to get to CIVANA

With the goal of transporting you comfortably during your time with us, CIVANA offers two airport transportation options for Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Transportation requires advance reservations at least 72 hours prior and can easily be reserved by completing this request form or by calling 480.653.9000.

Once you provide your detailed inbound/outbound transportation requirements, and as your arrival date approaches, we will send a confirmation with additional details.

Shared Transportation

Shared airport transfers from CIVANA to Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) depart from the resort at 7am, 10am, and 12:30pm and are available at a cost of $55 per person (inclusive of taxes & service charge). If the shared transfer schedule does not meet your airport transportation needs or coincide with your flight departure time, private transportation may be arranged for an additional fee. Please note, airport transfer reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Private Transportation

Private airport transfers to and from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) are available at a cost of $175* each way (inclusive of taxes & service charge for 3 passengers). Please note, airport transfer reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. *Additional fee of $75 will be applied for 4 or more passengers. Additional fee of $25 will be applied for transfers between 10pm to 4am.

How To Locate Your Private CIVANA Transportation at PHX

Our transportation team will contact you on the day of arrival with additional curbside meeting instructions and details. Upon arrival at PHX Airport, please collect any checked bags and exit the baggage claim area on the NORTH curb. Please message your driver and let them know what door number you are at. A driver will arrive in a CIVANA tesla or CIVANA sprinter van with the CIVANA logo. If you do not see a driver right away, please be patient. The driver will come to greet you shortly; they may be assisting other guests from another flight.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled date for private transportation and 24 hours prior for shared transfers, to receive a refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and 24 hours of scheduled date, will be charged in full.
