Cassie De Pecol

In 2017, Cassie De Pecol fulfilled her lifelong dream of traveling to every country in the world, breaking two Guinness World Records, and gaining recognition in the National Woman’s History Museum, becoming the first woman on record to travel every country in the world. She chronicles her reasons behind wanting to embark on such a trip in her new book, ‘Expedition 196: A Personal Journal from the First Woman on Record to Travel Every Country in the World’. Robin Martin

Robin is a certified yoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out. Robin is also a certified paddle board yoga teacher and has completed high level trainings in shoulder, hip, spine and myofascial release. Cory McGee

Cory has competed as a professional track athlete since graduating college in 2013 where she was awarded as the two-time NCAA runner up in the women's 1500 meter at the University of Florida. She currently represents New Balance and Garmin, is based in Boulder, CO training with Team Boss, and specializes in the 1500 meters and the mile distances. Cory has consistently been one of the top U.S. performers in those distances since turning pro. Notable finishes include a USA Outdoor bronze medal in 2013, Indoor USA silver medal in 2016, Indoor USA bronze medal in 2019, and Olympic Trials silver medal in 2022. She is a three-time member of Team USA. Her second place finish at the 2022 Olympic Trials qualified her to represent the USA at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Summer Games — fulfilling a lifelong dream — where she went on the compete as a finalist in the 1500 meters. She currently holds a 1500m PR of 4:00, a mile PR of 4:21 and 800 PR of 1:59. Outside of running, Cory enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, decorating, traveling, and giving back the her local community.

Veronica Clark

Veronica holds over two decades of experience involving trauma/addiction recovery and life coaching. She learned early on the value of her resilience and the necessity of having compassion towards oneself to overcome past traumas and thrive. Upon seeking wholeness and healing for her own wounds, Veronica was motivated to help others by establishing a state-licensed group home in 2006 that offered shelter for teens ages 12-17 along with a transitional home for women in alcohol and drug recovery. Veronica has earned a Master's degree in Adult Education, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and has worked across various industries such as retail banking, real estate, and Higher Education. Veronica pursued numerous certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Nutrition. After training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Veronica chose to expand her understanding of trauma resolution by becoming a Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Practitioner.

Bentley Fazi

Bentley is a yoga teacher and wellness influencer in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has partnerships with Alo Yoga and Toesox and is the Online Community Manager on Alo Yoga’s Marketing team. She is a proud Pitbull dog mom and advocate for her pit mix, Leo. She has been practicing yoga since 2015 and ventured into teaching in the Fall of 2016 after earning her 200-hour training certification at Modern Yoga in Scottsdale. Yoga became her path to discovering her truth. Its guidance, love, patience and sheer force paved the way to reveal who she really was. Michael Stomatak

His educational background and passion for health and wellness inspired him to pursue personal training. With a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, certifications through USWA and CSCS and over 25 years of personal training experience, Michael prides himself in always being knowledgeable and adaptable in his profession. Michael launched his career in 1996, training men and women of all ages. He believes in creating simple methods to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle, making the sustainability of health a number one priority. When he's not focusing on health and wellness, Michael loves to be in the sun or out in nature! One of his main goals is to live an eventful, balanced, and travel filled life.

Priscilla Perez

A New York native and Latina raised by immigrant parents, is where her "I'll never settle," mentality comes from. Priscilla is first a mom and wife, secondly a motivational fitness professional who believes the power of movement is one of the best mental workouts there is. She blends mind, body, and soul into her spin and bootcamp classes for Women’s Health Magazine and The Madison Improvement Club, encouraging her students that all things are possible. She is the Co-Founder of the "Reconnect & Realign" Women's Retreat at CIVANA which is a safe space for like-minded women to come together, connect to self, and realign what is most important in this one precious life of ours.

Courtney Sheber

Courtney is an Arizona Native and cherishes the opportunity to teach and inspire people in her hometown. She is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor through Modern Yoga in Scottsdale and has trained with some of the most experienced yoga professionals in the world. She views the practice as the key to living a happy, vibrant life of presence and peace. Courtney offers Vinyasa classes blending movement with breath, using unique transitions and intelligent alignment cues, as well as one-on-one sessions to help students deepen their personal journey. In addition to being an Ambassador at CIVANA, Courtney is also the Community and Wellness Manager with a mission to bring healthy living and connection to everyone she meets.
