Our top priority for welcoming you to CIVANA is doing it safely, with your wellbeing in mind. We remain committed to monitoring and complying with the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and relevant government authorities and we continue to put even higher wellbeing standards into effect, allowing us to ensure the highest level of service, cleanliness, and safety.
The resort maintains a rigorous cleaning schedule utilizing industry leading electrostatic spray technology and hospital-grade disinfectant. Throughout our public and team member areas, we also offer hand sanitizer stations and social distancing guidance through signage and monitoring. High touch points like door handles, faucets, and public area furniture are cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day.
To maximize protection and in alignment with the CDC's guidance, guests and team members, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear face coverings in all indoor public areas and outdoors where social distancing isn't possible. Exceptions include select high-intensity wellness classes located in our designated HEPA Filter enhanced movement space, while seated at tables inside Terras or Seed, or during facials and select spa amenities in which masks cannot be worn. We ask for guests’ responsible and respectful cooperation with this policy.
Our team members are equipped with personal face masks which are worn at all times while inside public areas and outside where social distancing isn't possible. Each team member is trained on handling guest-facing materials and underwent further Health and Safety courses prior to reopening our doors. Our team members are to employ operating procedures to ensure your comfort and safety at all times and maintain social distancing.

From embracing nature’s playground with increased outdoor wellness offerings, to *limiting spa capacity; providing enhanced dining experiences that ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience, our commitment to helping you leave happier and healthier than when you arrived remains our focus. To this end we also continue to offer flexible cancellation policies to give you peace of mind while you consider CIVANA for future travel. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival date, you will be charged 50% of your entire reservation. Policy excludes Advance Purchase reservations.
