Movement and Breath Connection.
Robin is a CIVANA Brand Ambassador and certified yoga teacher. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.

Opening the Heart: A Complete Practice
In this dynamic vinyasa flow class, we will move through several heart opening poses. We will prepare the body with core work, shoulder and hip opening as well as lots of multi-directional spinal movement. Once fully prepared and warmed up, we'll move through a few different peak heart opening poses.
Strong Foundation and Loving Acceptance.
Bentley is a CIVANA brand ambassador, yoga teacher and online community manager for Alo Yoga's Marketing Team. Since 2015, yoga became her path to discovering her truth. Its guidance, love, patience and sheer force paved the way to reveal who she really was. As part of the LGBTQIA+ community, she integrates her love and desire for all people to live their truth in both her practice and yoga teachings, on and off their mats.
Side Body Strong
This 60 minute, full-length yoga flow class will take you on a journey through a variety of challenging and unique movements. Moving through a few lengthy sequences, you will explore your strength, move deep into your hips, and work on opening up your side body. This class will encourage you to physically move outside the box or in ways you've never tried before and focus on how the practice feels, rather than how it looks.
Mindful Strength & Flexibility Training
Irene Pappas is an internationally known movement teacher, specializing in teaching the foundations of contortion and handstands. Irene has studied and trained in many different styles of movement and is extremely talented at teaching difficult skills in a way that makes them approachable and less daunting. She is a 500hr E-RYT, NASM personal trainer, and more!
Handstand Strength Class
In this class Irene will go over the foundations of building strength and technique for handstands. You do not need to be able to do a handstand in order to do this class, and being able to hold a 45+ second plank will help you get the most out of it.
Sustainable Backbend Training.
Eleonora is a body movement specialist, Author, fitness model, and cover girl, whose life was transformed the day she stepped into her first hot yoga class. As a survivor of domestic violence, Eleonora's distinct teaching style and practice are heavily influenced by her experiences. Like the cycles of the moon, she focuses on the lyrical flow of dark and light, strength and surrender. Convinced that yoga is much more than just asana, Eleonora encourages her students to accept their vulnerabilities. Her classes are challenging yet accessible and provide her students with the knowledge and courage necessary to carry their practice out of the studio and into their daily lives.
Creating Space: Hip Openers & Backbends
This class will help prepare you for a safe and sustainable backbend practice. You’ll work into your hips, shoulders, and spine to help open up your front body and bring new awareness into each space.
Calm Restoration & Deep Healing
Whitney Davis is a RYT-500 yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. Whitney believes that yoga is a practice that serves us on and off the mat and she loves to share her passion for it with everyone she meets. She specializes in pre-natal and postnatal yoga, vinyasa, hot yoga and is a certified yin yoga teacher.
Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (which we are calling the yang tissues). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
Reflection & Embodiment Practice
Deb Wineman is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, teacher trainer and retreat leader whose mission is to expand the reach of yoga and mindfulness to different populations to promote wellness, balance, and peace. Grounded in decades of formal training and personal practice in Ashtanga, Classical Hatha and Yin style yoga, Deb’s warm and welcoming teaching style invites students of all levels to feel centered, empowered, and whole.
Yoga Off The Mat Workshop
Through this workshop combining discussion, reflection, and embodied practice, explore the rich philosophy and life-affirming teachings of yoga. Join Deb in a safe, supportive space to unpack some of the ethical living principles of yoga (yamas and niyamas) which provide a roadmap to living a more authentic, balanced, and peaceful life. You will leave with new insights, a deeper understanding of yourself, and resources for continued inquiry.
