Meet Your Host

Veronica Clark, a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and yoga teacher trainer with expertise in a wide range of modalities, including Hatha, Kundalini, aerial yoga, yin yoga, and trauma-informed yoga. Through her classes and workshops, Veronica creates a supportive space where students can explore their potential, cultivate inner awareness, and integrate the transformative benefits of yoga into their lives.

  • The Yin & Yang of Relationships: This workshop centers on personal growth and enhancing relationship dynamics. Inspired by ancient Taoist and Tantric practices, it delves into the interplay of masculine and feminine energies within us all, transcending gender boundaries.
  • Coming Back to Love: Conflict is inevitable in any relationship. Learn communication skills to navigate challenges with awareness and understanding instead of resentment.
  • Relationship Agreements: A simple yet powerful tool to help you stay intimately connected for the long haul. Through guided visioning and discussion, you'll craft personalized agreements to meet both your needs and keep romance alive.
  • Sacred Breathwork for Intimacy: Use breath as a tool to reduce stress, increase intimacy and experience life's magic together. Through guided partnered breathing exercises, you'll learn tantric practices to circulate your life force energy.
  • Awaken Your Feminine Energy: A breakout session for women where you'll explore your innate feminine shakti or life force energy through sound, breath, play and movement. Learn to release tension and awaken your body from the inside out.

Food & Beverage, includes 1 communal meal, and $250 resort credit to be used for F&B offerings on-property.
