Deb Wineman is a celebrated yoga instructor, teacher trainer, and spiritual mentor whose mission is to bring the practices of yoga to diverse populations to promote wellness, balance, and peace. Grounded in decades of study across yoga traditions and healing modalities, her warm, compassionate teaching style invites students of all levels to feel empowered and whole. As a spiritual coach and guide, Deb supports others on the inward journey with wisdom shaped by her own path of healing, parenting, and reinvention.
