Eleonora Zampatti is a body movement specialist, author, and fitness model whose love for movement took root in the water and evolved on the dance floors of NYC. After discovering yoga, her life and teaching path shifted profoundly. As a survivor of domestic violence, Eleonora brings emotional depth and lived wisdom to each class. Her teaching style blends strength and surrender, challenge and grace—inviting students to explore the lyrical balance of light and shadow, both on the mat and in life.

  • Arm Balance Essentials + Inversion Lab: Learn the foundations of arm balances and inversions step by step. Explore technique, breath, and safety as you level up your practice with guidance and support.
  • Vibe & Flow: A mindful Vinyasa practice linking movement and breath, set to a vibrant music playlist. Flow through each posture with intention, rhythm, and full-body presence.
  • Empowered Pilates: A challenging mat-based Pilates session that builds deep core strength and spinal stability. Expect slow, focused movement that strengthens from the inside out.
  • Vin-Yin Yoga: A blend of Vinyasa and Yin that begins with dynamic flow and transitions into deep, held poses. Release tension and rebalance the nervous system through mindful movement.
  • Heart Opening Flow: This full-body flow invites you to soften, open, and awaken. Through intuitive sequencing and breathwork, explore the space between strength and surrender.
  • Creating Space: Hip Openers & Backbends: Focus on hips, shoulders, and spine in this targeted practice. Open up the front body and bring new awareness to your physical and energetic space.
