Between the rush of our daily lives and the constant presence of screens, restorative sleep is harder to access than ever. One in three adults worldwide suffers from insomnia—and many more report chronic fatigue, burnout, or unrestful sleep. Through five combined decades of clinical experience and work with thousands of patients, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar and Dr. Sheila Patel are offering a holistic, Ayurvedic roadmap to healing sleep from the inside out.
