    Terms and Conditions:
    Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room at CIVANA. The minimum age for program guests is 14 years old. Children under 14 are not permitted. Persons aged 14 to 17 may stay with an accompanying adult over 18 in the same room. The minimum age for access to the spa is 16 years old.

    This giveaway includes: One (1) three-night stay for two (2) guests at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona; all meals and non-alcoholic beverages for two (2) people during the Stay (“Meals”); one (1) 60-minute spa treatment per person (2 total treatments) (“Spa Treatments”); and roundtrip ground transportation for two (2) between the Property and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (“Airport Transfers”) (collectively, the “Experience”). Two (2) VIP tickets to Jay Shetty’s On Purpose Live Tour at Arizona Financial Theatre on May 31, 2025, inclusive of: Early entry; Meet & Greet and photo opportunity; Pre-show meditation and Q&A; Commemorative VIP laminate and lanyard.

    The giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or resort credit. Any supplemental purchases not listed here (e.g., retail, alcohol, additional spa treatments, or excursions) are the responsibility of the guest. CIVANA reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize package in the event of scheduling or operational changes. Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The winner must redeem their stay within six (6) months of the giveaway close date, excluding major holidays and peak season. Airfare and other travel costs to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Some experiences may require a liability waiver.

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM MST; check-out is 11:00 AM MST. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon reservation and check-in to cover incidentals. If the winner chooses to extend their stay, additional nights will be at their own expense. The spa treatment credit is applicable to services up to $215 (per person). Service charge is included. Retail purchases are not included. Treatment credit is non-cumulative, non-transferable, and limited to one per guest. Spa appointments should be reserved in advance. Food and beverage service charge is included. Alcohol, zero-proof cocktails, packaged snacks, and retail food/beverage items are not included.

    No substitutions will be made outside the package as described. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
