The Ginger Carrot

Carrot is rich in beta carotene, fiber and potassium which are weight-loss friendly, promotes eye health and lowers cholesterol.
Recipes makes 2 cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

2oz fresh carrot juice
.5 oz Ginger Agave syrup
1oz lime juice
20 mint leaves
2 dashes Angostura Bitters (top each drink with two)
3oz Silver Rum

 

TECHNIQUE

Muddle, Build, Stir, pour over ice

GLASS

Coupe, or Collins Glass

 

Arizona Sunset Cocktail

Jalapeños are rich in vitamin A & C and have carotene, an antioxidant that helps fight damage to your cells. The capsaicin that provides the heat
helps increase metabolism by burning fats and reduces diabetic insulin spikes.
Recipes makes 5 cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

5 ea. sliced Jalapeño (muddle)
5oz fresh lemon juice
5 oz Agave Syrup
5 oz cranberry juice 20 mint leaves
10 oz orange infused vodka (your choice)
 

TECHNIQUE

Muddle, shake, DBL Strain

GLASS

Martini glass

GARNISH

Thin slice of jalapeno or lemon wheel

 

Smoke Over Paloma

Grapefruit is rich in vitamins A and C and is known for weight loss. Additionally, the flavonoids found in citrus are excellent for heart health.
Recipes makes 1 cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

2oz Casa Migos Mezcal
3oz fresh Grapefruit
1/2oz Agave simple syrup
1/4oz fresh lime juice
2oz sparkling grapefruit water
 

TECHNIQUE

Shake, Double Strain, Pour over ice

GLASS

Coupe or rocks glass

GARNISH

Rim the glass Tajin and lime wedge

Yuzu Gimlet

Beet juice is known to lower blood pressure and helps to detoxify the liver. Watermelon juice naturally hydrates you and helps to relieve muscle soreness,
perfect for that post-workout session. Couple either of these with Yuzu and you get an extra dose of Vitamin C, essential vitamins and plenty of antioxidants.
Recipes makes 5 cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

5 oz watermelon or beet juice
2.5 oz agave syrup
2.5 oz yuzu citrus
7.5 oz of Gin (your choice)
 

TECHNIQUE

Shake, double strain, pour over ice

GLASS

Coupe or rocks glass

Watermelon wedge or citrus wedge
