Paria Vaziri is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor located in San Diego, CA. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences then went on to pursue her naturopathic medical degree at Bastyr University. After graduating in 2020, she started her own telemedicine practice and since then has worked with hundreds of women to help optimize their menstrual cycles, digestion, and energy. Outside of her practice, she’s worked with numerous brands such as Lemme, Marea Wellness, and Tribeu as a part of their medical advisory board. In addition, she’s passionate about creating free health education content on Instagram revolving around natural medicine.

Understanding cortisol's role and managing its levels can significantly improve overall health and well-being.
  • Herbal Tea Making: This hands-on class explores the ancient art of tea making, highlighting its health benefits and calming effects. Participants will pair different herbs, both fresh and dried, to create teas for stress relief, digestion, sleep, energy, and more.
  • Nature's Hacks to Healthy Body Weight: Explore natural ways to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight without relying on quick fixes or fad diets. This class covers how to naturally stimulate GLP-1 and utilize nature’s hacks.
