Vibe & Flow: Vinyasa is a mindful practice linking breath and movement to help you flow through each posture with intention. In this music-driven practice, you will flow along to tracks from varied genres.

Empowered Pilates: Strengthen and lengthen from your head to your toes. Using equal distribution of spinal force, tone primary and ancillary muscles that move or stabilize the spine and pelvis. Though slow and focused, this mat-based version of the practice is anything but easy.

Vin-Yin Yoga: A thoughtful blend of Yin-style and Vinyasa Flow yoga. You will release stress and tension with this mindful class that begins with dynamic movement and core-centric standing poses and moves into the longer holds of Yin style poses.

Hip mobility flow: undo the sitting: This hip opening flow was inspired by travel. You will open the hips in all directions, working on finding end range of motion for better movement through the hip joint.

Opening the heart: a complete practice: You will move through several heart opening poses in this dynamic vinyasa flow class.
Shoulder strength & stability flow: In this vinyasa flow class, we'll focus on shoulder strength and stability, incorporating shoulder mobility for improved range of motion.

Adductors, abductors, and arm balance flow: In this dynamic flow vinyasa class, you will be focusing on adductors and abductors, preparing your body for some arm balancing. In addition to working up to Koundinyasana B (the "flying splits"), you will experience a total body, physical practice.

Rise & Ride: Summon up your inner power and enjoy the exhilaration of moving in sync with the music on our indoor bikes. Dig in with a series of climbs, sprints, and coasts on indoor bicycles inject your travel-weary body with a rush of endorphins. Cardio queens and kings, unite.

RPM: A 45 minute cycling class where the beat is the guide. Layered with hills, pushes and sprints. You’ll leave more then just your sweat on the bike.

Restorative Stretch: A 50 minute active stretch class. Through repetitive movements we unlock the joints and muscle groups of the whole body. Leaving your body more open as though you have just gotten a massage.
